You are now heading south on the access road.

Stay in the left lane and do the U TURN UNDER I-35.

You are now heading north on the access road.

Pass the driveway of Austin's Park and Pizza and turn right on the next street (PICADILLY) you will also see the LEIF JOHNSON COLLISION CENTER at the turn.

Go .7 miles to the second street on the right which is a Cul-De-Sac (PICADILLY COURT)

I-35 HEADING (NORTH)

EXIT # 248 GRAND AVE. PARKWAY

Cross over Grand Ave. and stay on the access road.

Go past Austin's Park and Pizza driveway and turn right on the next street (Picadily Drive) you will also see Leif Johnson Collision Center at the turn.

Go 7 tenths of a mile and turn right into our cul-de-sac Picadilly Court

DIRECTIONS FROM GRAND AVENUE

On Grand Avenue Drive past Graham's Central Station. Pass the Wag-A-Bag. Pass the apartment complex and the car wash. You will stop at a 4 way stop and you will continue straight. You will cross a bridge and will come to another 4 way stop. This 4 way stop has an elementary school to your right and a Children's courtyard ahead on your left. Turn Left in front of the Children's Courtyard onto Picadilly Drive. Go past the pool and about 5 blocks of subdivision. As you leave the subdivision you will see Fannie Mae Caldwell Elementary on your right. KEEP GOING STRAIGHT. We are the next left past Fannie Mae Caldwell Elementary School. PICADILLY COURT You will see our sign in the median.
